Xerox: Setup your ID Badge

Walk up to the copier.
Touch your ID card to the left of the screen. You'll hear a beep from the copier when the card has been recognized.
You will get a message that the card is not known and it will ask if you would like to associate the card with an account. Click yes.
Enter the same username and password that you use to log onto the computer.
Click yes to confirm that you want to associate the card with your account.
Done.

After the confirmation, you will be logged into the copier. From this point on, you will only need to touch your card to the left of the screen and it will automatically log you into the copier. You can now also use your card on any Xerox copier in the district. Setting your card up on any Xerox copier will set you up an all other Xerox copiers.
