Projector/monitor is not showing what's on my screen
Issue:
Projector/monitor displays the wallpaper on your desktop with no icons.
Solution:
The default mode to project is set to extend the screen. You will need to change it to duplicate your screen. Push and hold down the Windows key (see image 1) and then push the letter "P". An option window will popup (see image 2). By default the computer is set to Extend your display. Selected duplicate and give the computer a sec or so to duplicate the display.
